Brothers Niko and Christo Delardas grew up in the trade.
They learned plumbing and heating from family, on real jobs, long before they started 24 CND Mechanical. They picked up how to read an old boiler, how to find a leak without tearing a wall apart, and how to treat a customer's home like your own.
They started the company to work that way on their own terms. There's no dispatcher and no subcontractors. When you call, you talk to one of the brothers, and that's who shows up.
Today they handle emergency calls, boilers, water heaters, drains and sewer lines for homes, rental buildings and businesses across New York City and nearby areas.
